Deposit & Payment Details
To protect both you and our vehicles, each rental requires a refundable security deposit. The amount depends on the vehicle category, rental duration and driver profile.
- Economy & Compact: typical deposit £200–£350.
- SUV & Van: typical deposit £350–£600.
- Premium: typical deposit £600–£1,000.
Deposits are pre-authorised or taken on collection and released once the vehicle is returned on time and in line with the agreed condition and mileage.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Major debit and credit cards issued in the UK.
- Corporate cards for approved business accounts.
- Bank transfers for pre-arranged long-term rentals.
Full payment for the estimated rental charge is usually taken at collection. Any adjustments (for example additional mileage or late returns) will be settled when you return the vehicle.
Processing times for refunds depend on your bank or card provider. Most deposits are released within 3–10 working days after the vehicle has been checked in.

Bring your driving licence, ID and payment card to our location at 22 Athole Street, Birmingham, B12 0DA. We will complete a quick condition check and handover.

Mileage & Extra Distance
Each quote includes a stated mileage allowance. If you expect to drive further, ask us about extended mileage options when requesting your quote.
Excess mileage: charged at a transparent per-mile rate, which varies by vehicle category and will be clearly listed on your agreement.
Fuel & Late Returns
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank and should be returned full. If not, we will refuel and charge at a clearly stated per-litre rate.
Late fees: returning a vehicle after the agreed time may incur additional daily or hourly charges. If your plans change, please contact us as early as possible.
Damage & Cleanliness
Normal wear and light soiling are expected. Significant damage, smoking in the vehicle or heavy cleaning requirements may result in extra charges.
